Musk is obtained from the musk gland, a preputial gland located in a pouch or sac beneath the skin of the male musk deer’s abdomen. Fresh musk is semi-liquid but dries into a granular powder. It is typically prepared for use in perfumes by making a tincture in pure alcohol.
The original Tahara Musk Soap is a concentrated, alcohol-free fragrance composed of white musk, along with a gelatinous substance with a mucilaginous texture that helps the skin absorb it. Musk Purity is used to perfume and neutralize unpleasant odors; for external use only. Musk is a chemical substance from the musk gland of the male musk deer. It is dried and used to make medicines.
While this white musk is used by both men and women as a fragrance, it is also used by women for intimate hygiene. Literally, the word “tahara” means “to be purified of impurities,” and this musk is highly recommended for this ritual specific to women.
Fresh, soft, with a very pleasant scent. It is best used after a shower or bath while the body is still slightly damp. The scent of powdery white musk is also more potent than conventional perfumes, as it is never diluted with water or alcohol. Each drop allows you to savor the scents of floral notes, warm vanilla, and white musk.

For pregnancy and breastfeeding: not enough is known about the use of musk during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Exercise caution and avoid using it. The appropriate dose of musk depends on several factors, such as the user’s age, health, and other conditions.
Currently, there is insufficient scientific information to determine an appropriate dosage range for musk. Keep in mind that natural products are not always safe and that dosages can be significant. Follow the instructions on product labels carefully and consult your pharmacist, doctor, or another healthcare professional before use.
