9 Delivery and returns
Subject to specific stipulation, and from the date of order confirmation, the physical Products ordered will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form.

For payments by credit card or paypal, the delivery period begins upon validation of the order. In the case of payment by cheque, the delivery period begins when the cheque is cashed.

10 No liability for delivery, in particular in the following cases:

12 Delivery claims
As ownership of the material Products is transferred upon acceptance of delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to check the package upon receipt, to make any reservations and claims that appear justified to the delivery person and to note them on the delivery note attached to the package.
If the Products delivered do not conform in kind or in quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the said reservations and complaints must then be sent to Musc Tahara by e-mail, within 48 hours of receipt of the Products. After this period, no claim can be taken into account. The customer must also return the package in question.
If the Customer is absent when the delivery person arrives, the Customer must refer to the conditions of each delivery service provider to find out how to collect the product.
13 Limitation of liability
Musc Tahara shall not be held liable for any breach of contract resulting from the Customer's incorrect or incomplete address, or from the Customer's failure to collect the parcel from the delivery service provider within the allotted time. In such cases, the return of the parcel will be exclusively at the Customer's expense.
