Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of payment receipt. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered with a signature. Please contact us before choosing this shipping method, as it incurs additional fees. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as shipping charges. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping fees apply to each one. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.
 

OUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our responsibility regarding the delivery of your order begins upon payment of your order and ends when your package is handed over to the carrier (La Poste or Mondial Relay). Beyond that, L'instant Miel declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, damage, or other issues.

– loss, theft, or damage to a package during delivery (via Colissimo, Mondial Relay, small package, or Mini Max),

– the package being marked as “delivered” by the Post Office or Mondial Relay 

– a package returned to the sender due to inaccurate or incomplete contact information provided by the customer,

– the delivery time announced by the carrier being exceeded.
